CBI's Annual Meeting was held on Wednesday, May 26th at 7:30 pm at 40 Whitenack Road, Basking Ridge. All members in good standing were invited to attend and cast ballots for new and incumbent Trustees and vote on other business brought before the membership. All actions brought before the Congregation were passed.
The congregation elected six new Trustees at Large for the 2010-2012 term, as well as one new Executive Board member, Fredric Okun. The Operating and Capital Budgets for Fiscal Year 2010-2011 (July 1, 2010- June 30, 2011) was presented and approved as well.
This past year the Board appointed a Governance Committee to review our by-laws and operational structure. As a result, a great number of changes to the by-laws have been recommended for approval by the Congregation, in the form of Amended and Restated By-Laws. These amendments were also passed by the Congregation during the meeting.
The newly elected Trustees at Large are Todd Bauer, Tami Elby, Debbie Foster, Deborah Marcus, Michael Gartenberg and Judy Weinstein. The entire list of trustees can be found here.
